Default Any wordpress users?

Hello all

I have made a plugin for wordpress that embeds a media player in the sidebar and also shows basic stats from your shoutcast stream.

So if anyone here have also a wordpress blog (and a streamsolution stream) i would appreciate if he/she tries the plugin and give me some feedback.

Plugins page is located here and you can direct downloaded it from this link.

Thank you

DeUCeD

Shout Stream doesnt works that way.
If you choose to enable minicaster flash player then it detects the browser and if an Internet explorer then it uses media player else it uses minicaster.
You can disable minicaster but in this way only media player is available for all browsers.
Disable or enable flash player and/or media player through wordpress control panel.

As for links to real player you cannot add it yourself, php files must be edited there s no point doing so, though it could be added as an options in a next release.

Stats can be disabled or enabled through wordpress control panel under settings option.

I suggest that you play with the existing combination (sidebar player or not, popup windows, stats) and if you like it keep it and suggest which option should be added in a next release.

Greetings to all shoutcasters that have a WordPress blog out there.

Good news is that Shout Stream plugin for WordPress was updated to v3.0.
Now it comes with FFmp3 flash player, the only open source player that solved the "memory leak" problem when connecting to a shoutcast stream (as far as i know). Every hour it clears buffer without annoying gaps. More than that it comes with customizable skins which you can easily edit and put your logo.

Some other cool features:
Live stats AJAX, alternative streams, popup windows, shortcode for a static page and many more all configured from WordPress control panel.

More info @ plugin's page.
