What operating system are you running ?
What is the exception or error message that is displayed ? How did you encode the NSV file ? Was the NSV file properly encoded ? What media server are you using ? Do you have the correct ports configured for both the media server and NSVenc ? You need to give more details . . . . .

Hi,
1)What operating system are you running ? Windows XP 2)What is the exception or error message that is displayed ? "nsvscsrc.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience. If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost. For more information about this error, click here." That is, abnormal termination comes here. 3)How did you encode the NSV file ? Was the NSV file properly encoded ? Using command line I encoded. Its properly encoded. The details as below: Input: C:\...>nsvenc.exe "D:\Mov\mpeg\pillars.mpg" pillars.nsv Output: NSVenc v0.80 (4/19/03) - Copyright (C) 2001-2003, Nullsoft Inc. Dshow: reported input fps=24.000038 from: D:\Meenakshi Sundaram\Info\Personal\Mov\mpeg\pillars.mpg video=160x120@24.00003840fps to : pillars.nsv video=VP31 (rescaled to 160x128@24.00003840fps) (hit ESC to abort) 0:14:17 @ 342.4fps 196kbps (d=1,vinq=0,ainq=0) Finished! 4)What media server are you using ? ShoutCast 5)Do you have the correct ports configured for both the media server and NSVenc This one I took the default values. How can I verify the ports state? Please help me to solve out the issue. Hi,
Thanks for co-operation. I find out the solution. Actually on the nsvscsrc.exe command line parameter, I gave the nsv folder file path of other drive. Now I copy the <nsv> folder into the nsvtools where it is installed. Now the streaming processed successfully. Shall you please guide me what is the thing I need to taken care next?. I tried to call the video both from the Internet Explorer and from the WinAmp player. But not succeeded. Please help me. Thanks in advance. Thanks & Regards Meenakshi Sundaram |
